The terms governing your use of the Commitment platform.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Commitment platform (the "Service") operated by Commitment. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind your company to these Terms. You represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of the company you register.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
Commitment provides a B2B marketplace for companies to lend and borrow staff. The platform facilitates connections, messaging, formal offers, contract management with digital signing, timesheet tracking, and invoice record generation. Commitment is not a party to any staff engagement contract between companies — those agreements are solely between the lending and borrowing companies.
Commitment does not process, facilitate, or mediate any payments. Invoices generated on the platform are reference records created from approved timesheets. All monetary transfers must be arranged directly between the two companies, outside the platform (e.g., via bank transfer or any method agreed upon by both parties). The platform does not charge any fees for this service.
All contracts created through the platform include a non-poaching clause, typically lasting 24 months from the end of an engagement. Companies agree not to directly hire, solicit, or contract with staff members who were introduced through the platform during or after an engagement, except through the platform itself.
Staff listed on the marketplace are displayed with their full name, photo, title, skills, and rate visible to all partner companies. Companies are responsible for the accuracy of the staff information they publish.
Commitment is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Commitment is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or from any staff engagement arranged through the platform. Commitment is not responsible for payments that are not completed between companies, as all monetary transfers occur outside the platform.
You may close your account at any time. Commitment may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct. Upon termination, all active contracts remain in effect until their natural completion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Athens, Greece.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. You will be notified of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
