How Payments Work

Commitment does not process, facilitate, or mediate any payments. When a timesheet is approved, an invoice is automatically generated as a reference record — but no money moves through the platform.

The two companies arrange the actual monetary transfer directly between themselves, using whatever payment method they agree on (e.g., bank transfer, invoice settlement, or any other method). Once the transfer is complete, the lending company marks the invoice as "settled" in the platform to keep records accurate.

This means there are no payment processing fees, no commission cuts, and no middleman. The agreed hourly rate goes entirely to the lending company.

No Surprises

There are no charges for posting open needs, browsing talent, sending messages, or signing contracts. You pay nothing to use the platform — ever. If no engagement happens, you pay nothing. If an engagement happens, you still pay nothing to Commitment.
