Navigate to "My Bench" from your dashboard and click "Add Staff." Enter the staff member's details, including title, skills, hourly rate, and availability. Staff marked as "Available" will appear in the Staff Pool marketplace with their full name, photo, title, skills, and rate visible to all partner companies.
Every contract created through the platform includes a non-poaching clause, typically lasting 24 months. This means the borrowing company cannot directly hire or contract with the borrowed staff member outside the platform during or after the engagement.
No. Commitment is completely free to use. There are no subscription fees, no listing fees, and no platform fees. You can add unlimited staff, post unlimited open needs, sign unlimited contracts, and generate unlimited invoice records — all at no cost.
Commitment does not process, facilitate, or mediate any payments. When a timesheet is approved, an invoice is automatically generated as a reference record. The two companies arrange the actual monetary transfer directly between themselves (e.g., via bank transfer). Once complete, the lending company marks the invoice as "settled" in the platform.
Staff are listed in the Staff Pool with their full name, photo, professional title, skills, hourly rate, and availability. This transparency helps companies make informed decisions when browsing the marketplace.
When a contract reaches its expiry date, it's automatically marked as completed, the associated project is closed, and the staff member's status returns to "available" on your bench. Both parties are notified.
Yes. Contracts can be downloaded as PDF from the Contracts page. Invoices can be downloaded as PDF from the Billing page. Both serve as reference documents for your records.
For each active engagement, a draft timesheet is automatically created at the start of each month. The borrowing company logs daily hours, then submits the timesheet. The lending company reviews and either approves or rejects it. Once approved, an immutable snapshot is recorded and an invoice is generated.
